Waste Heat Regeneration Air Dryer is a new type of adsorption dryer that belongs neither to the heated regeneration type nor to the heatless regeneration type. Instead, it utilizes temperature swing adsorption (TSA) technology, which directly uses the heat from the high-temperature exhaust of the air compressor to regenerate the desiccant, ensuring thorough regeneration of the adsorbent. Even under low-pressure conditions of 0.35 MPa, as long as the compressor's load rate is not less than 70%, the drying device can operate reliably. Therefore, it fully utilizes its own energy source, offering energy-saving benefits. By eliminating the electric heater found in micro-heat regeneration dryers and consuming no compressed air during the heating regeneration process, the waste heat regeneration compressed air dryer is a new energy-efficient compressed air drying equipment.
